I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Park Plaza Resort, Ascend Hotel Collection. The charming decor, including framed paintings of local landscapes, added warmth. The indoor pool was delightful, making it easy for seniors like me to navigate.

More comfortable seating in common areas would be nice.

Had a great two-night stay! The warm indoor pool, cozy hot tub, and spacious room with new fixtures stood out. The complimentary welcome drinks were a nice bonus!

Comfortable room, great kitchen, friendly staff.

The room was surprisingly spacious and the kitchen was loaded with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the welcome drinks reception with free wine and snacks, made it feel a bit fancy after a long drive.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but the price was still reasonable for what we got.

The Queen Studio Suite had a well-designed space, with a comfortable bed and a well-stocked kitchen, which was a nice touch for preparing small meals. However, the overall cleanliness could be improved. I found the bathroom not up to par, with mold and hair in the tub. Additionally, the view from the room was quite disappointing, looking out to a brick wall through dirty windows.

The indoor pool was a delightful surprise, offering cozy warmth like my favorite blanket on a chilly day. Plus, the charming decor added a retro touch, and navigating around was quite easy for us seniors.

We had a fantastic stay! The comfortable bed made for restful nights, and the clean, well-equipped kitchen was super convenient. Also, the hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes! Would definitely come back.

The renovated room had beautiful fixtures, making it feel modern and clean. I really appreciated that the place was meticulous, especially under the sheets. The kitchen space allowed us to prepare meals at our convenience.

Nice Stay With a Few Hiccups

We spent 2 nights in a cozy suite. The kitchen was super handy and stocked with all the essentials. The bed was comfy, and parking was easy with the underground garage. Just wished the air conditioning worked perfectly. The picnic tables outside were a nice touch for grabbing some fresh air between adventures.

We spent 5 nights in room 322 and really enjoyed the heated pool and the game area for the kids. The sauna was a nice treat after skiing, and my family loved the movie selection available. Our only hiccup was the parking situation being a bit tight, but overall, we had a fantastic stay! 😊

Despite undergoing renovations, there was minimal disruption, allowing us to enjoy our stay at a great rate. The proximity to various dining options made meals convenient, and the full kitchen facilities meant we could easily prepare our own meals when desired.
